VOLUNTEER COMMITMENT FORM

 

 

I would like to volunteer as a Tax Preparer.  I intend to complete the course as follows:

 

Online training go to http://www.irs.gov/app/vita/index.jsp (Link N Learn Taxes Course)

OR

Hands-on training at Wayland Baptist University

Basic Training Tuesday January 3rd 5:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m
Intermediate Training (optional) Thursday January 5th 5:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
Basic and Intermediate Testing Saturday January 7th 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
  Lunch will be served on Saturday

Volunteers will be prepare tax returns at the CCAV building located at

5601 South Avenue Q. Enter through the north door on Villa Drive. DO NOT PARK ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE BUILDING!

 

The following volunteer shifts will be available between January 17 and April 16:

Mondays 4:30 p.m. - 6:45 p.m. 6:45 p.m. - 9:15 p.m.  
Tuesdays 4:30 p.m. - 6:45 p.m. 6:45 p.m. - 9:15 p.m.  
Wednesdays 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. 1:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Thursdays 4:30 p.m. - 6:45 p.m. 6:45 p.m. - 9:15 p.m.  
Saturdays 8:30 a.m. - noon 11:30 a.m. 3:00 p.m.
